1. Introduction
Your Personal Information matters to us, Kingdee Deeking Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Shenzhen Kingdee Jingdou Cloud Network Technology Co., Ltd. (collectively “Kingdee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to explain how we collect, use, process and protect your personal information when you use our Products and/or Services.
When we refer to our Products and/or Services in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to all our products and services, including our apps, websites, and software, including the Jingdou Cloud platform, Kingdee Cloud Stellar, and the www.jdy.com website. If you are a member of an Enterprise User, please note that the Enterprise User controls your personal information processed for enterprise management because, in that case, we are acting as a processor on behalf of the Enterprise User, for more information, you can see the DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT FOR KINGDEE CLOUD SERVICES.
When you use Kingdee Products and/or Services, you are agreeing to our rules and policies regarding to your personal information and you expressly consent to us collecting, processing, using and storing your personal information as described in this privacy policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you shall not use our Products and/ Services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information only for specific, transparent, and legitimate purposes. We will collect and use the following information about you:
2.1 Information you give us. You may give us information about you by making an enquiry about our Services, using our Services or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you proactively provide while filing the form on our webpage, register for our Services (or for business customer/ partner, act as the company's business representative to register for Services), such as your name, username, email address, address, phone number, mobile phone number, country or region, IP address, Kingdee Cloud ID.
2.2 Information we collect about you when use our Services. We automatically collect certain information from you when you use our Services through the JDY Platform, including IP address, User Agent and Device ID, and information regarding your use of our Services such as our log of your visits, site access requests, uploads and downloads.
2.3 Information that we obtain from a third party. JDY Platform allows administrators of the user account to determine access rights. In doing so, the administrator of your Services (which might be you) can include the email addresses of other persons who are to be given access to the Services under that account. If you are the administrator of the account, you acknowledge and undertake to us that you have the consent of the individual concerned to provide their email address for this purpose.
2.4 We also collect and store your information each time you interact with Kingdee, for example, when you communicate with us by email, activate new Services, or complete forms on our website. We also store information about the Services you purchase, such as the activation code, date of purchase, and information relating to any support issue.
2.5 Cookies
We use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g. web beacons, Flash cookies, etc.) ("Cookies") to enhance your experience using the Services. Cookies are small files which, when placed on your device, enable us to provide certain features and functionality.
You have the option to permit installation of such Cookies or subsequently disable them. You may accept all Cookies, or instruct the web browser to provide notice at the time of installation of Cookies, or refuse to accept all Cookies by adjusting the relevant function in the web browser of your computer. However, in the event of your refusal to install Cookies, Kingdee Cloud may be prevented from providing some of its Services available to you.

3. How We Use Your Information
We process your information only when a legal basis exists, such as contract performance, legitimate interests, or your consent. We will use the information we collect and store about you under this Privacy Policy for the following purposes as agreed in this Privacy Policy:
3.1 Providing Products or Services to You: To better provide you with enterprise management-related services, you authorize Jingdou Cloud to process, handle, and analyze the relevant information about your enterprise (including commodities, the same below) within the products or services offered on the Jingdou Cloud platform. Additionally, you authorize Jingdou Cloud to display your enterprise management-related information and the results of such processing, handling, and analysis within the products or services offered on the Jingdou Cloud platform (if the functional modules of the products or services you use support this), in order to provide services to other Jingdou Cloud users and to you. Unless otherwise agreed by both parties, your aforementioned authorization is free, long-term, irrevocable, and will not be suspended, terminated, or rendered invalid by the suspension, termination, or invalidity of this agreement.
3.2 For Identity Verification, Customer Service, Security, Fraud Detection, Archiving, and Backup Purposes: We use your information to ensure the security of the products or services we provide to you.
3.3 We will de-identify the information by technical means, and the de-identified information will not identify the subject. Please understand and agree that we have the right to use de-identified information in this context; and without disclosing your personal information, we may use de-identified information collected in the course of our business to help us improve our existing products and services, and to develop new features to provide you with better service;
3.4 After the anonymization of your personal information, we carry out market research and information data research and analysis.
3.5 For all services that require a shared account, we will use the name you provided in your account information. Additionally, we will replace the previous name associated with your account to ensure that the same identity is used across all your services. For other services provided by us or our partners and affiliates that need to be associated with your Jingdou Cloud account, after identifying your account or identity information, we will share the name and photo you provided to us with our partners and affiliates according to your account operation instructions.
3.6 When we intend to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in this Privacy Policy, or when we intend to use personal information collected directly or indirectly for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will obtain your express consent in advance. Please understand that the products or services we provide to you are subject to change. If you choose to use other products or services not yet listed in this Privacy Policy, we will explain to you in detail the purpose, manner, and scope of information collection and ask for your consent before collecting your personal information by means of an agreement, a pop-up window on the page, or other means. If you do not agree to provide the foregoing information, you will not be able to use that product or service, but it will not affect your use of existing products or services.
4. Sharing of Your Information
We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share it only in the following circumstances:
4.1 Service Providers
We engage vetted processors for hosting, payment, OCR, mapping, analytics, customer support, and marketing. Each is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
4.2 Business Partners
When you link bank or tax services, we share the minimum data necessary to enable those integrations.
4.3 Corporate Group
We may share data among Kingdee affiliates for unified account management, customer support, and product improvement. All affiliates follow this Policy.
4.4 Legal & Compliance
We may disclose information to courts, regulators, or law-enforcement agencies when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
4.5 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred subject to standard safeguards.
5. How We Store Your Information
5.1 We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it securely.
5.2 Cloud Sync Service: The terms of this Privacy Policy will also apply to your use of our products, services and websites that feature cloud synchronization services. Our cloud synchronization feature allows you to use certain Internet services, including storing and accessing your cloud-synchronized content on your compatible devices and computers. Once you have enabled Cloud Sync, the content of your Cloud Sync will be automatically sent to us and stored by us, and you will then be able to access that information or wirelessly push it to your other Cloud Sync-enabled devices or computers. Under the premise of ensuring the security of your information, you understand and agree that we collect, use, store, share and manage your information through the Cloud Services in accordance with the conditions agreed in this Privacy Policy.
6. International Transfers
Your information is stored on servers located in Singapore. If you access the Services from outside Singapore, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in Singapore. We implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

We apply industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards such as:

Enterprise users must first remove themselves from the organization via the admin panel. Deletion requests may be subject to verification.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; you may also adjust preferences by contacting us.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us for deletion.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and applications. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing any data.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via the Services (pop-up, email, or prominent notice) at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Policy is governed by the laws of Singapore without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre unless local law mandates otherwise.
14. Addendum for Users in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia
1. Singapore
We may store your personal information in Singapore and in other jurisdictions, subject to the data protection laws of those regions. If you do not agree to this privacy policy, we will not be able to provide you with our services. You can access and correct your data in the account portal at any time. If you believe we are processing any additional personal information about you or cannot correct inaccurate information, please contact us at privacy@kingdee.com to request changes. Under Singapore law, you do not have a legal right to request deletion of your data, but we can delete your data upon request.
Within the scope of Singapore's data privacy laws, you may withdraw your consent for certain processing activities that you previously authorized by contacting us at privacy@kingdee.com. If processing is based on consent and you do not consent or withdraw consent, we may not be able to provide the expected services. Please note that the right to withdraw consent only applies when consent is the legal basis for processing.
We may use, disclose, and/or retain personal information to comply with applicable laws/regulations, enforceable government requests, court orders, and to enforce or defend legal claims.
2. Malaysia
To use our services, you will need to provide your personal data. If you do not wish to provide your personal data, you should cease using our services.
Language of This Privacy Policy
The English version of this privacy policy will prevail over any discrepancies or inconsistencies with the Malay version.
Parental and Guardian Consent
If you are under 18 years old, please do not use our services.
By agreeing to this privacy policy to allow a minor to access and use our services, you hereby agree to provide the personal information of the minor and consent to its processing in accordance with this privacy policy. You also personally accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this privacy policy. Furthermore, you agree to take responsibility for the minor's actions and compliance with this privacy policy.

3. Thailand
You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this privacy policy. If you do not agree to this privacy policy, you must not use our services.
You may request that we stop or restrict the use or provision of, and/or request the portability of, any and all personal information that we store, but only to the extent applicable under Thailand's data privacy laws and regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand. If you wish to make such a request, please contact us at privacy@kingdee.com. We will notify you of any changes to this privacy policy via email and give you the opportunity to opt out of such changes; otherwise, these changes will become effective as stated in the notice.
4. Vietnam
By accepting this privacy policy, you explicitly consent to and authorize us to collect, use, store, and process your personal information, including lawful disclosure and transfer to third parties as described in this privacy policy. We maintain international standards of data protection and security practices. When your personal information is transferred within or outside your jurisdiction, the receiving entities will adhere to the same or higher levels of security measures and data protection. If we allow any third party to collect and use your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the third party does not further disclose your personal information. If your personal information needs to be disclosed to law enforcement, public authorities, or other judicial bodies and organizations, it will be disclosed upon receiving a written request from such organizations.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete the personal information we hold about you. You also have the right to withdraw your previously given consent for the collection, storage, processing, use, and disclosure of your personal information and to request that we cease providing your personal information to third parties.
5. Indonesia
Our services are not intended for children. Children are not permitted to use the service for any purpose. We do not intentionally permit anyone under the age of 21 to register for our services and/or provide any personally identifiable information. If you are under 21, please do not register for or use our services or provide any information about yourself through the services.
We will retain your personal information as outlined in this privacy policy and will keep it for at least five years, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15. Addendum for Users in China Mainland
The terms of “Privacy and Personal Information Protection” apply to the processing of your personal information if you select China Mainland (excluding Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan, the same below) as a Service Region when using the Services. Please refer to the “Privacy and Personal Information Protection” for more details on the general conditions of using the Services outside of China Mainland. Kingdee Deeking Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Shenzhen Kingdee Jingdou Cloud Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“Kingdee (PRC)”, “we”, “us” and “our” for the purposes of this Addendum) provides the Services in the China Mainland region. We will process your personal information in accordance with the laws and regulations of China Mainland and relevant requirements of government authorities.
16. Addendum for Definitions
• Enterprise User: refers to an organization that registers, logs in, uses Kingdee products and services and obtains management authority, including but not limited to legal persons and entities such as government agencies, partnerships, and individual businesses (hereinafter referred to as "Enterprise Users"), and Enterprise Users can create its work team through Kingdee products or service platforms (hereinafter referred to as "JDY Platform"), invite and authorize Individual Users to join its work team to become its end users.
• Enterprise Administrator: refers to an account designated by the Enterprise User that has the authority of the Enterprise User to manage the operation of the background system.
• Individual User: refers to a natural person user who registers a Kingdee account and logs in to the JDY Platform by him/herself through mobile phone number or email account and verification code, or who uses a third-party account authorized by Kingdee to log in to the JDY Platform and activate and use our Products and/or Services as an individual.
• Enterprise End Users: Refers to Individual Users who accept the invitation of Enterprise Administrators to join the enterprise work team.
• Kingdee Singapore: Refers to Kingdee International Software Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
• Affiliates: Refers to the affiliates of Kingdee Deeking Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., including Kingdee International Software Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd., Shenzhen Kingdee Jingdou Cloud Network Technology Co., Ltd., etc.
• JDY Platform: refers to the www.jdy.com website, Kingdee Cloud APP, Kingdee WeChat Mini Programs and other channels (including new forms of future technological development) operated by Kingdee that provides you with various products and services (including new forms of future technological development), including Kingdee's official website (kingdee.com), Xu Shaochun personal account (Mini Program), Kingdee Cloud Community (including Mini Program and vip.kingdee.com), Kingdee Cloud Stellar Products.
• Products and/or Services: means the product functions and/or services that we provide to you through the JDY Platform.
• Platform Rules: refers to all service rules, announcements, process descriptions, usage methods, rule introductions, etc. that have been released on JDY Platform and will be updated or newly released from time to time in the future as needed.
• Personal Information: refers to all kinds of information recorded electronically or otherwise that can be used alone or in combination with other information to identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person.
All capitalized terms not defined in this document shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Kingdee Terms of Services, which can be found here.
